Chickenpox

This scenario will help pharmacy technicians improve their understanding of chickenpox.

Learning objectives:

• Be aware of how chickenpox can affect pregnant women and their unborn babies
• Be able to pass on the known risks of having chickenpox whilst pregnant 
• Understand that the vaccine is also not recommended to pregnant women.
